Every year, the Conestoga Engineering Society holds an orientation week for the new students coming into the degree engineering programs at Conestoga College. During this week, new students have the opportunity to participate in exciting activities, sessions, and events. This week allows new students to learn more about the school and aids in easing them into the program through building connections with both current and fellow new students.

Every year, the Conestoga Engineering Society holds the Conestoga Engineering Competition. Students Get together in teams to come up with solutions to complex engineering problems.

National Engineering Month (NEM) is Canada's biggest celebration of engineering. Held every March, it showcases the impact of engineers through various events like workshops and panel discussions. It's all about inspiring and empowering current and future engineers.
